Julia is an accomplished business development, sales, marketing, and training professional with extensive experience in web and traditional marketing, technical sales, and business growth. Julia holds a strong track record of influencing business growth and increasing sales in a broad variety of companies from Fortune 500 to small, privately owned businesses. Julia excels in training, analytical research, and delivery of complicated information in easy-to-understand ways. She has given lectures and workshops at over 100 universities worldwide including Harvard, MIT, and UC Berkeley. Her marketing expertise includes ROI tracking and analysis, search engine and conversion rate optimization, and production of informative, viral marketing copy. As a marketer, Julia views developing sales tools and sales enablement materials as an essential and foundational aspect of her profession. Secondly, she values a data-driven approach to marketing, leading to campaigns that are based on research and that have measurable metrics to evaluate results. She holds degrees in cognitive science and secondary education from Brandeis University.

Svetlana Kats

Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Strategist

Co-founder and senior Business Development consultant Svetlana Kats supports strategy development initiatives. Svetlana has over a decade of experience combining life science and finance knowledge in bringing value to clients around the world. She combines her direct in-laboratory work experience with expert knowledge of the medical device industry to work in the strategy and business development service arena, having executed dozens of direct Go-To-Market business strategies for domestic and international corporations. For the past 6 years, Svetlana has been actively engaged in strategic development projects within the medical device and capital equipment markets, with a focus on licensing deals and partnership agreements. With nearly a decade of experience in consulting, she has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals with billions in annual revenue. Previously, Svetlana worked for Wall Street firms executing quantitative evaluations and market forecasts within the Healthcare arena. She holds a BA in Biology and Economics from Brandeis University and completed her MBA in 2013.
